How to start a religion (really).

So based on the polygomy thread, ive decided that starting a religion based solely on a lifestyle would be a good idea. What im looking for from my fellow BG posters is a few suggestions:
1. Best way to officially start a religion?
2. Best way to recruit?
3. Any other laws, precepts that i dont include below that should be included?
4. Who wants to join?

Religion:

Name: Eutopianism (debatable)

Concepts: A religion that doesnt focus around a god or gods, but merely enlightenmentin life and most importantly coexistance of non traditional households.
For example: 1 man, 2-3 bisexual woman. Not a polygamyst family, but rather a household where everyone supports each other, and shares each other as friends, lovers, supporters. It brings the foundations of a 2 person household with the added support of extra people and removes the jealousy and subversive treatment that polygamy has. Everyone in the house is equal, but everyone supports in their own way.

Havent decided on any laws, or if any is needed.

Havent decided if you HAVE to live with 2+ bi-sexual woman to be considered a "Eutopitite", or if you can just be a Eutopitite by choice.

It will focus on love, and understanding of ones inner self.. and the inner self of the individuals living with them.

What do you think? Can a religion built on nothing but love and family make it? Or must there be rules and regulations? Must there be a "CONVERT OR DIE" mentallity to survive?

Your thoughts, concerns, suggestions.. please ^^.

1. Possible "roles" for each member: Working wife, House wife, Kinky Sex Domenatrix wife. Perhaps each member switches roles periodically to allow for self growth and understanding.
