That's what they SHOULD be calling these movies they're doing now.

You can't expect them to add every miniscule part of a 600 page book into a movie that's aimed at little impatient kids that can hardly sit through 1 hour of movie watching in a theatre. It's entirely unrealistic.

That being said, the movies to me are completely different than the books, since I imagined a lot of things in the book MUCH MUCH MUCH differently than how I read them. Actors they cast most of the time look like the complete opposite of how I pictured them (for example, pictured Sirius as being a very sexy man, not a grungy gross old man). I thought the last movie was decent, however the third movie was fucking TERRIBLE. Dementors can't fly. They. Can't. Fly. That pissed me off!!

the third movie was easily the best so far. 1 and 2 were terrible, and 4 was good, but the book itself was too big to make it into a proper movie (5 will have the same problem). 6 will make a good movie though, because the material lends itself making a decent movie.

I'm glad to see some familiar faces, the Harry Potter movies have been pretty good so far, with 4 being the best yet in my opinion. (I hated seeing Cedric die in the movie though, I on the verge of tears when I read it, so seeing it was even worse, I boo hoo'ed in the theater.) One thing that they've done that I liek is when you read a book, you almost have a mental image for every character of what they look like, and they've pretty much hit the nail right on the head for me in most cases. Looking forward to it, and really looking forward to the last book, which I'm anticipating is going to be very dark and very good :D

I totally cried in book 4 when Cedric died. I would have cried when Sirius died, but I was in such shock and just outright beside myself with anger that she a) killed him off in the first place, and b) by throwing him behind a curtain.

Yeah it totally sucked, I really really liked Cedric too. I didn't feel as bad cause I wasn't the only one in the movies though lol, I feel like a loser when I start crying over movies.
