    textbook HTML versions?

need some help: I ordered my textbooks over the internet (saved a ton), but now I have to wait 2-3 days for them to arrive. My question is, is there any website or something similar to where I can read the first couple chapters or so of textbooks so I don't fall behind in class? I tried my schools library, but they only had 2 of them. Much appreciated if someone can help.

Not exactly the online version, but flash cards instead and/or summaries.
