What is this thing called "Inappropriate Music"?
Edit: Ok I see its a link *hammer to face* now what the fuck? It's just music I mean I can understand if the "inappropriate music" was made after September 11th and it has "questionable lyrics" but songs made before shouldn't have been affected since I mean it was made before September 11th and no one knew it was coming (Unless you believe it was an elaborate scheme by the government) so no one could have kept those lyrics from happening...
You know those times where you think what your saying is going to actually come out right? Well thats one of those times where it doesn't come out and it sounds weird as hell >.<!

I don't see what the majority of those songs had to do with 9/11. Brain Stew, seriously? Killer Queen? Just major wtf over here.
Seventh song listed was Louis Armstrong – "What a Wonderful World". Stopped reading after that. Maybe Clear Channel doesn't want you to think that it's a wonderful world?
LOLall songs by Rage Against the Machine
Knockin' on heaven's door
Nearly every song by Bad Religion because of the band's name.
Van Halen - "Jump"
how retarded
Edit:
MC Hammer – "Have You Seen Her"
I'm surprised they got System of a Down's "Chop Suey" but forgot to get "BOOM!"
wow talk about gay...
im sure zach de la rocha is proud
Just...noRed Hot Chili Peppers
lol only one I agree with is Drowning Pool - Bodies
L-O-L. That is beyond ridiculous. Rage Against the Machine is pretty outrageous too, considering the lyrics were typically about political issues. Seems like the government just used 9-11 as an excuse to ban all songs/bands that don't favor the American "democracy."Originally Posted by Wiki
Green Day - Brain Stew, wtf. It's a song about insomnia, gj dickmunches.
They listed 4 good Metallica songs which I guess if you think about it would have some revelence to 9/11, but they left out The God That Failed (guess they didn't wanna have any "One Nation under God" arguments).
Queen - Killer Queen. Just plain dumb to list it.
Of all the Slipknot songs to choose from, they chose the two that have the least to do with 9/11.
In short, Clear Channel is pretty fucking dumb.
I really wanna know how the fuck is Daniel by Elton John inappropriate.
1. What the hell? Why the hell Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da? I mean, it just doesn't make sense to me. Do they hate the fact that he accidentally sings about a Transvestite? The Beatles - "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da"
Dave Matthews Band - Crash Into Me
Queen - Killer Queen
The Trammps - Disco Inferno
2. Can't help but lol at DMB. Obviously, Crash Into Me is about hitting buildings with planes.
3. HAY GUYZ, ITS ABOUT AN SOPHISTCATED ASSASSIN WOMAN WHO KILLS PEOPLE. ISN'T IT OBVOUS?!?!?111?!
4. It's a kickass song. Nothing to say about their judgement, just kickass.
Walk Like An Egyptian is on there cuz terrorists are Egyptian, amirite?
John Lennon – "Imagine"
'nuff said.
It isn't on the list..Originally Posted by elphaba

It is just a list of songs clearchannel didn't want aired because it might be seen as insensitive toward the situation.
If the song was not on any single clearchannel station playlist anyway, than it would not of been banned which is why that song is not on the list.
I see. So the terrorist have won.
Ooooooooooooook then.
