has anyone read up info about this? although the game itself sucks (i play so i can rmt and make money lol), im interested to see how an MMORPG will convert to a NDS game.
according to nexon, they're planning to make nds and the pc servers shared, and pc-users will be able to register their characters onto the nds game immediatel.... sounds like a rmt's dream come true lol, i can rmt at school, in the wc, anywhere really

hmm well, i didnt really mean to get into rmt discussion, i wanted more of a 'wow, mmorpg that connects to pc server for the nds? neat' lol

lemme explain; rmt isnt viewed as a 'really bad thing' in korean mmo society, 80~85% of the players rmt and its become so common that gms/companies just accept and let it by heh
in the end, most players rmt so they can buy items,, imagine ige.com, but when you sell for real cash you get igepoints, you can either
1) buy currency/items/char from another mmo
2) go to bank and exchange for real bling
3) buy e-peen items in current game (sonic+1, cursed hauberk-1 type of stuff; all items sell for cheaper on rmt sites)

the majority do 1 and 3

as for making money on maple... its easy as shit lol
10mil is $10USD roughly in korea, and i currently have 150-200mil that i can invest via free market (basicially AH), buy for cheap and sell for gay prices and bam, i use 5mil today and sell 10mil-worth tomorrow

but anyway, how the hell do they make nds game and pc game connect?

Maple Story is the biggest fucking waste of time ever. I leveled a character on it for like 2-3 weeks and just wanted to kill myself while playing. But since alot of my friends were also playing I wanted to just continue so I could get/pass their level. But UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHAT A BAD GAME.

I don't think an MMO for DS is a good idea in the first place, but for fuck's sake don't use MAPLE STORY. Jesus Christ.

yea basically what she said. Friends kept on playing and i'm just sitting here like god how the fuck can you play this shit. Leveling on there took longer than fucking ffxi and was hell lot more repetitive.
