Hirochimi Tanaka & Sage Sundi itw

While waiting for next update's news, I thought it would be interesting to translate for you "Hirochimi Tanaka & Sage Sundi itw" from JOL (JeuxOnLine), a MMORPG french community forum, made 2 days ago.
JOL was invited to a french conference about the translation of FFXI. They could talk with the FFXI producer, Hirochimi Tanaka and the Global Online producer, Sage Sundi.
To warm up, they discuss about the french translation of FFXI but I don't think you would find it interesting on your point of view. So, I decide to only translate (poorly) the second part of the ITW.

But SE don't give up FFXI, they are actually preparing a new expansion.
    Far East for 2008?

When the game was released, it required all ressources from the computer, but now, with the computer's evolution, this issue is not anymore. However it is not official yet, more informations will come later.
After screaming and crying out loud, SE listened.

Most of these abjurations are obtainable again thanks to the Special Task Force.
    LOL at the last expression.
Should we really wait for something from ToAU endgame?

For example, San D'Oria represents the Medieval's Europe with its elvaans, the famous french gastronomy is also illustrated, as the japanese's sushi. This view is also found out equipment like the sword Hauteclaire or the global mythology of the game. And to the question: "why the warp II quest's tarutaru speaks french?", believe it or not, it's because he's a cook specialized on the "french cuisine".
Not much but I found it amusing.

Salvage is a mini-game? Is this statement going to be on par with "ToAU is going to be for low level players."? I mean, if that's a mini-game are they going to be releasing even more better gear? And if it's just a mini-game are they going to be nerfing Salvage difficulty? It's not exactly the easiest thing for a mini-game, far harder than original Dynamis for my LS.

I'm not sure if I do want a Windowed mode, then I won't be able to see player TP and MP, I make use of that a lot. But if they do start punishing for Windower after releasing their own version I'll certainly be switching.

As it stands, 2007 has a lot of potential for this game. It could flop, but so far things are looking pretty good. Expansion probably will be 2008 because they've stated they're going to look at older stuff after they finish releasing ToAU.

Perhaps all Sage Sundi can answer in English is variations on "wut?" but is not limited when using other languages.

    It'd explain a lot.

    Well, in theory.

I mean they did promote him from lacky GM to global online Producer or whatever.

So that means 2 things, hes either much more coherent in japanese, or he gives really good head.
