A little aside:

The other night I did one of my /sea ruavitaus to see if SE has finally cleared out some of the RMTs in sky again when I noticed that several of the usually-anon RMTs had dropped anon and were rank 5 Sandorian. These guys have not been around that long, so I figured it's pretty unlikely that they got rank 6 in another nation and then found some excuse to rank up to 5 in Sandoria before heading to the daily grind at Ulli, so I reported them to the GM. He answered quickly and said he'd look into it, but those RMTs are still up there.

That leaves two possibilities for what happened. One, they really did do their ZMs then switch to Sandoria and rank up to 5 for some crazy reason. Two, and the more likely explation, GMs have been instructed to just turn over all violations involving suspected RMTs to the task force and to take no action so that the treasury mules can be rounded up too. I'm really not crazy about this prospect, as it means RMTs can cheat as brazenly as they want, knowing the backlog of STF investigations means they're still going to be able to stay active for weeks or months. They could probably make more in a month just flaunting the rules by POSing all over, using delay-ignoring claim bots (If Mrpunisher is anything more than a rumor, that is), or outright stealing claims, than they could in several months of camping legitimately.

I believe, personally, that GM's just advise the situation has been reported while just starring at their monitor not actually logging anything.

I've reported one particular group of RMT (it's a known blatently obvious fact they are) several times over two months and they are still there. If anything, their group gets bigger.

GM's IMO: Scripted, don't give a shit nubs who shouldn't be paid for what they do, cos they don't do anything.

I had a nice conversation with a GM about what to do to report RMTs. GMs now officially won't do anything unless someone is botting or doing something clearly illegal when they get there. You get instructed to report chronic violators to the STF.

You really have to go through a convoluted process.

1) POL Viewer -> Service and support
2) Support
3) Email Support
4) Comments and Suggestions
5) Address it to Special Task Force via 'other' in the subject line.

The Lakshmi server is having these problems too. There are noted RMT/Permacampers that are part of the same boat. I do suspect that this may be another exploit in the game where the lazy RMT do not even have to do missions to even enter sky.

I did talk to a GM about this. However I will send a form message to the STF too.
