    Ix aern mnk reraise

    I was having a hard time finding info for this, but aparently if you hold a QN up while killing mnk, it can raise the mnk till a drop...Any truth to this?

    Oh and 1 2 or 3 organs for cape drop

    That be Ix'drk with the reraise bit. Never seen Ix'mnk reraise.

    Yea me either, but on sites like Erecias and even a speculation thread here said holding a Qn aern up and it will raise the mnk

    On unicorn we just kill the qns or split um so i dunno personally

    I also recall seeing random bits in threads here about the Qn's raising it, but we always separate them.

    i wanna test, but then again i don't wanna hold up a Qn on a chance since it will be a small 6-12 group

    Guess i'll just have to wait for a confirmation

    I assume you mean hold the Qn close to monk? Normally it is kited away if not killed and despawns when Ix dies.

    well usually we just split um and let the qns do whatever they wanna do while we kill in th panel room. Usually i just go up in blm groups for capes, so this will be a change of pace, but i was still expecting to make the split and take it into the ebony rooms and let the Qn's wander back to the ???.

    But if this was verifyed i guess we can just take all 3 aerns into the Ebony room and kite the qns while the mnk is straight tanked.

    and 1 2 3 organs for cape, since no one seems to be sure on the raise factor?

    Cape seem to be a static number no matter how many organs you trade (0% on all 3 for us >_>), and drop rate for deed probably goes somewhere naround
    1organ= 15%
    2organs= 30% (no idea, never popped with 2
    3organs = 100%- chance to get a cape.

    Go with 1 or 3. Two is a waste imo, since from what I heard, it's inferior to 50% drop rate. 1 is the best for farming cape, 3 is the best if you want deed asap.

    And those stats are just estimate of what I got with 1 organ. No clue what they real number are.

    Only got 3 organs, 3 runs through the place probly be a bit of a overkill, and i reallly don't wanna put all 3 on one lol

    We always kite the Qns in the room and have occasionally had them not that far from Ix when it died. No raises or reraises possible on this mob.

    BTW, Capes all seem to be roughly 20% drops in our experience.

    We have I believe 9 MNK Capes in our LS and I'm pretty sure we haven't killed him much more than 50 times, if even that many. DRG is actually the one who's bringing our drop % down, but last time we actually calculated the cape %s were clustered pretty close to 20%.

    Maybe that's because you're only popping with 1 organ?

    I don't really have any solid facts, we just *seem* to get more capes with 2 organs than 1. We also *seem* to get more capes off ix'drk when we let the qn's depop instead of killing them. That could just be some kind of strange luck for us however.

    I'd say overall our rate on capes has been around 20% as well, with Ix'Drg being the lowest.

    In addition to Seashell's data, I also personally duo Ix'mnk in an attempt to get a cape outside of Seashell to avoid spending points. I've popped it 9 times with 1 organ and am 2/9 on deed and 0/9 on the cape.
