Firefox bookmarks and backing up a PC

Quick question,

My comp is about to die, i exported a lot already-- but i would like to save a lot of time and transfer the bookmarks and the tab thingies under the URL bar in firefox. How do i go about doing this? i check in the firefox fold for a file but found nothing.

bookmarks tab > manage bookmarks > file > export > save to desktop
