Looking for a simple network management program

I'm looking for a program that can look through this network at home and see whos using what amount of bandwidth as well as kick them from the network or block their access in one simple program... I'm about to go look on google but I figure I'd post here in case someone knows of one.

I assume by network you're referring to a small home network with a router hooked up to the net. You'd either need a commercial grade router, or some custom firmware for your current router. You're in luck if you're running a Linksys WRT54G as I believe something up that alley exists, for free.

I did a bit of googling, read up on those. The traffic monitor is the hard part, kicking people from the network is pretty easy, just go into the router config and set authorized mac addresses to the devices you want to allow on your network. Granted this won't stop someone from changing their mac address to one of your allowed ones...I'll stop here for now.

No I'm not willing to walk you through everything you need to know, because I have no experience with any of the tools I linked you.
