    toau king question

    My linkshell was planning on doing Gulool Ja today, but then maint got scheduled. My question is pretty simple, what triggers a toau king to pop(what level besieged ect or w/e it is that triggers them?). Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    They are always up unless they are advancing for a besieged. Ja Ja is a pretty fun fight in Mamook, good luck.
