Major halp plz!!11
OK! So here we are again with more video card problems. Here is the story for you:
I just recently bought my computer from iBuyPower.com. I purchased my laptop there not that long ago and I was very happy with it. My friend recently purchased a computer from there as well, and he was really content with it, too. Ever since I changed my video card on my last PC and then wiped the hard drive, I have had nothing but troubles. (There is a previous post on BG about it, but it's a couple months back, I believe.)
Anyway, I purchased a computer from them and here are the specs:

When I originally went to their website and decided on what kind of computer I wanted, I wanted to get the 2x NVIDIA GeForce 7300 512 MB cards, but in my haste and retardation, I missed the TINY ASS little scroll bar line that you use to choose your video card, and it went with the default one (GeForce 7100GS 256MB). I called them the very next day AND wrote them an email telling them of my error and they said they'd fix it. I talked to them in person on the telephone and they told me it would increase my bill, which I knew it would.
After my long wait, I finally got my computer last night. They did exactly what I had feared; they charged me more and didn't give me the fucking video cards I wanted. Sadly I have to wait until Monday before I can reach them.
Regardless, I installed all of my games. Everything seemed to be going great. When I finally loaded up Neverwinter Nights 2 and Supreme Commander, two rather resource hogging games, they ran like TOTAL SHIT. I have ran NWN2 and Supreme Commander before on a Radeon 9800 Pro 256 with only 1 GB RAM and it ran better than this. Seriously, I want to gouge out my eyeballs. PLZ HALP ME. I have tried running in Admin mode and with SP2 Windows XP on, but nothing works. The drivers are installed properly and updated.
I don't know what to do and I really don't want to have to not play anything for yet another two weeks while I wait for new cards to come. ; ;

Re: Major halp plz!!11
The issue is the card uses system memory to supplement the card's memory. Basically, you're boned on memory intensive programs (it will function like a 128MB card EXACTLY because it has only 128 MB of ram on the card)
>.> Need I mention I despise cards and chipset that share system memory?

Re: Major halp plz!!11
7100's are garbage, GS aren't great, you need something more like a 7600 GT.
Basically you're waiting.
