Sorry I thought you were asking about the original series. There's a series starting at Amazing Spider-Man 539 that started in May called the "Back in black" series. Not sure if that's what you're referring to.

How did Rhino survive when The Punisher blew him up with a bomb? It was in Punisher War Journal #4 or something, bunch of B-list super villains were at a bar for the wake of Stilt Man, and Punisher set off a bomb in the bar with all of them inside. Shocker and Rhino were there, but for some reason they're still alive.

Spidey seems to keep his anger and depression to himself, at least that's the vibe I get in each issue of New Avengers. In that series he still kicks a lot of ass, but he's back to the old "mid-fight banter with the enemy" kinda guy.
