Stupid nVidia website

where in gods name do they keep the release notes for their latest drivers on this page...i've been looking for like 45 mins.

Took me 12 seconds from going to nvidia.com to getting to the GeForce 8 Series XP driver download page to find their release notes.

Took me 12 seconds from going to nvidia.com to getting to the GeForce 8 Series XP driver download page to find their release notes.

I use a 6600 so they're not all nice and packed up with a pretty link on the download page as the 6600 isn't their main concern.

Windows XP and yes 94.24. Maybe they just don't have the notes up for it yet because the rest of the drivers do lol.

I'm talking with a buddy of mine on the SLI forums and he's telling me that there was a problem with the initial release of the 94.24 drivers and they were actually pulled down off the download site and re-released and that's probably why the release notes havn't been posted yet. He seems to think they'll be posted soon. I'll keep you posted as he sends me more info.

Ohhhh, does he know when the good release was put up? I downloaded the drivers yesterday, I wanna make sure I don't have a bad set lol.

If you downloaded yesterday you should be fine. The bad set was taken down a little while ago(he's not sure of the exact date) so if the 94.24 drivers are back up on their site then they should be the new set.
