Which of you folks are at Anime Expo this year? I know I saw a person or two with "Throw some ridills on some shit" tshirts, and it just got me thinking.

I went. Rather boring, imo. Lay-out for lbcc is kinda whack, so really unenjoyable on that aspect. Kinda seemed like they didn't have as much as previous years. TBH the lay-out really killed the mood for us, so didn't enjoy it as much as one would hope, I think.

Loudest complainers. People whine 'worse convention ever' every year, even though they have only ever been to AX. They don't know how bad other anime-themed cons get. They really really don't.

All of AX's problems are summed up like this: Too massive a con to be run by volunteers.
