Orochi Nodowa

I wanted to have a Orochi Nodowa crafted and FFXIclopedia lists the recipe as: Bonecraft 98 Earth Crystal + Hydra Scale + Wamoura Silk. MysteryTour has the same recipe and a search provided an older post by Nynja w/ this recipe. Is this the proper recipe? I was informed that it requires two Hydra Scales and not one.

I've have heard rumors it was 1HP/tick but I'm not too entirely sure on how accurate that information is.

To tell ya the truth I wouldn't be surprised entirely if SE made it so.

NQ and HQ versions of orochi nodowa are both 1hp/tick.
