Summoner Pred Claws Gimp?

A day after the update I went out to kill Imp's with pred claws on Imps in Caedarva Mire, right outside the staging point. My damage seemed very very off, well the Critical at least; the first four pred claws did exactly 1106. Then the damage started to vary between 900-1110, I killed about 20-30 Imps only one of my pred claws did 1,300. Sometimes I was barley struggling to hit over 1,000

I always put Dia II on the mob and my gear for bp is as followed

"I go with full Avatar ACC + SMN skill
SMN skill @ 326 with merits"

Head: Elite Beret
Body: SMN af2
Hands: SMN af2
Legs: SMN af1
Feet: Nashira Crackows
Back: Astute cape
Earring: SMN earring
Ring: Evoker ring
Neck: SMN torque

Gonna try some more later tonight, anybody experiencing the same issue or notice that pred claws damage or maybe something with avatar critical hit rate?
