Getting new computer

So Im looking for a new computer and well Im just wondering if Ill need to buy a new copy of ffxi or can I just uninstall, install in the new computer my old copy with old cd keys.

Yes I feel retarded for not knowing this, please help.

you can install your old copy on as many pcs as you want, FFXI like many MMORPGs the client is basically free, its the account you pay for (which you already have)

the CD keys create the account, you only need them when you maintain your account, you do not need them to install FFXI.

If you end up buying a machine that has Vista, you have to download the Vista version of PlayOnline off the pol website (free download), and install it instead of the PlayOnline you have on CD.

Then you install the FFXI disks after that, and when you run POL the first time you say that you're an existing member, and it asks you for your pol id and password and it logs you on, you're ready to go. You will lose any custom font colors and macro settings, as well any modifications to the camera controls, like if you inverted Y-axis etc.
