I've always stayed in Carnage. Annihilation is at the zone and all of the mules are there, making it laggy and a pain in the ass all around. Carnage on Phoenix is nice and peaceful.

Bloodlust is my preferred cage. During the day times are down to about 12-18 minute waits which is great.

You need to check all three really. My personal favorite is Carnage because that's where I leveled mostly the first few days before people realized there were other cages. But I've also gone to Bloodlust and had 9 minute or less waits there. Annilhilation can also be good sometimes because people seem to assume it's packed and just go elsewhere immediately. The bazaars do make it more laggy though.
