Okay, I have no idea wtf is going on. I can't seem to get it going on my laptop. When I downloaded it and tried to connect to a server I got multiple "Connect retry irc.gamesurge.net (9000) (dns pool); Unable to connect to server (Connection timed out)." When I clicked on irc://irc.gamesurge.net/bluegartrls I got multiple " Connect retry irc.gamesurge.net (6667) (dns pool); Unable to connect to server (Software caused connection abort)."
Can someone explain to me wtf is going on as if I was a person who has never worked with mIRC before and know nothing at all, and how I could solve this issue please?

instead of using a round robin address (irc.gamesurge.net) try to use one of the direct ones like Gigenet.IL.US.GameSurge.net and see what happens
