Net Neutrality Counter-argument?

I'm doing a paper on Net Neutrality. I can't find any argument statements for removing it. My searches have been flooded with pro-Net Neutrality propaganda or news articles. Could someone lend me a hand?

I've heard Net Neutrality makes things harder for the companies, but I don't think I really understand it as it was poorly worded in a news article.

The general opposition is that, like any market, regulation can inhibit the ability of the market to move towards efficient solutions.

I read the wiki also, I would start reading all the sources linked after reading the main article. If you have no idea where to go after that, you fail at research.

I like using it for that reason, suitable real sources
