watching it as we speak. so far, meh.
The Carver season was amazing, I hope this one doesn't disappoint.(pry spelled this wrong)
im taking this as a.. "not so serious" season, and its pretty funny so far. it will definately be interesting.. but the carver season was definately amazing
I enjoyed the episode, thought the comedy/light hearted-ness was a welcome change.
i'm starting to like this show, haven't watched even close to every episode, but i've been watching it on FX the last couple months and i kinda like it. Tonights episode was pretty good.
After season 4 I was dreading the 5th season, the whole "oh look, now we're all in LA!" premise seemed like an obvious shark-jump to a show that already came dangerously close last season, but after watching last night's ep I'm pretty confident in this season. It's got a whole new feeling right out the gate, but retains that classic N/T trait of dealing with cultures below the mainstream.
With all the attention all these other show threads get, I'm surprised nobody has anything to say about Nip/Tuck.
HOOOOLY SHIT MATT.
Didn't see that coming.
Sean tempted by his inner pedobear.(I would be too actually, holy shit)
as soon as matt went back for more money i knew thats what the fuck was up he looked like complete shit
God, I would have hit that so fucking hard. Who she turned out to be would have made it all the sweeter. I'm surprised no threesomes came from this episode.Originally Posted by Quixotic
I noticed that too, but I thought he was just freaking out because of the 250 grand he lost and how bad he had fucked up. Speaking of which, you think all the money is actually gone, or were they taking advantage of Matt's parents just because they could?Originally Posted by ghost faced
lol i nearly choked on my cake when the Eden said, "You can put it in my mouth... or my ass". It was out of no where but not entirely shocking in Nip/Tuck. And I'm guessing all the 250k has been smoked and thats why they came back... to con for more money.
Oh, and ewww when Kate shat the tub.
The Eden character is so f'ing amazing! Sorry a bit late to this thread. I thought last night's episode was pretty dramarific with lots of lawlz moments like when that actress shit in the pool.
I almost feel bad for that actress. Its like they're making her do the most demeaning things possible all to see just how noble Sean really is.
Or "shallow". It's like the writers are setting up Sean to actually get with that hot piece of ass and Sean will dump Kate and blame it on her "illness".Originally Posted by Xavier
Shallow would've been dumping her because she used to be fat and still had excess skin.
Noble is sticking w/ a girl after she shits in the hot tub.
I understand what you're saying and I completely agree. However, would it still be nobel if he dumped kate for the next hottest chick (in this case, Eden) and blamed it on her "illness"? I mean, I am purely speculating that it feels as though the writers are painting the great guy, most amazing person in the world, to completely turn everything upside down is what I am trying to portray.Originally Posted by Xavier
I have no doubt that they're setting him up to fail, lol.
He wrecked his marriage (was more reasons, but this was a part of it) by screwing the nanny (last season?) too.
tuesdays just get better and better. This shows better every time i see it, almost wanna go buy the previous seasons so i can catch up. I've only watched the last like 5 episodes of last season and this season so far.
