My BG is lagging like crazy, so I dunno if it's been posted. I bought a Scroll of Repose from the Bastok magic shop, if it matters, on Midgard, Bastok is #1 and I'm a Bastok citizen. They were selling it for 30k.

Seems to be Enfeebling- having trouble landing a good duration Sleep on T mobs in my crappy enfeebling gear.

I haven't found any reason to believe it is enfeebling yet, trying to find someone with uncapped enfeebling so I can test it.
