Weird Error message

Well otw to timmy i started loosing connection which soon reconnected then this error came up. Anyone had this before?

That looks similar to an old windower glitch where it wouldn't load the auto-translate list, when that happened anything you autotranslated appeared in some Japanese that translated to "can't find the dictionary" or something weird. It looks similar, I'd post a question on the windower forums and see if they recognize it.
