Since I am an impatient bagel, I'm gonna try and get this started. Here's what anyone interested in playing needs to do:

1) Familiarize yourself, at least slightly with the 3.5th edition rules at http://www.d20srd.org/

2) Download mIRC or similar IRC client. I've decided not to use the dice script I posted here earlier on account of the fact it is waaay too easy to cheat. :ashira:

3) Join #bgdnd on Gamesurge and let me know you're ready to make your character. If I'm DMing, I'm going to be rewarding exp based not only on killing x amount of y level monsters, but also on whether or not you role play or just roll play, so please put some thought into your character besides "I am a lvl1 Fighter named Fighter from the town of Smashville."

4) Once we get enough people ready, we will start actual play. :bagel:

I've also made #bluegdnd, but I'm sick at the moment, and I'm in no condition to DM.

Bagel's game seems to be full, so I guess I'm the only alternative until somebody else steps up to DM.

EDIT: Please come into #bluegdnd so we can roll you a new character or you can send me a sheet from the other game so I can see what talents the party would have to choose from so I can set up some more challenging and personalized obstacles.
