    The Bucket List

I just want to recommend this as much as I can to everyone who watches movies. It was amazing and easily one of the best movies I've seen in a while. The Nicholson/Freeman combo could not have been any better. I seriously would put money on it winning every single oscar it will be nominated for.

It looked pretty good from what I had seen in the previews, is it just one of those real feel good movies at the end? or do they try to keep it more light-hearted comedy type deal

Well the movie throughout is humorous, just with the random shit they say to each other. They go to so many places in the world in the movie and do so many awesome things. There's sad parts, too though. It really gets you thinking about life and what you do with it and whatnot.

This just backs up my theory that Morgan Freeman can not be in a bad movie. Seriously, he narrated a movie about freaking penguins that everyone raved about.

The exception to this rule is of course, Evan Almighty.

didn't see evan almighty but you're pretty much correct

so is the movie something you'd see with buddies or your girlfriend?

To be fair, not even God could've saved that movie (Evan Almighty), so Morgan Freeman playing God is forgivable.

I thought the movie looked kinda dull from the trailer, an excuse for two older guys to basically do nothing on-screen and share some laughs. I didn't really expect someone to come back and call it great, going to have to take a deeper look at it now.

It's all about them doing what people wish to do before they die. not really boring at all.

And it's more of a girlfriend movie because there's some teary-eyed parts.

Jack Nicholson is annoying to watch.
