Grendell character appeared on Diabolos. (Also Abelisk)

Does anyone know a character named Grendell that has a Defending Ring? They just showed up on Diabolos and joined a really shitty linkshell coincidentally at the same time as another well outfitted paladin named Abelisk. Pretty sure both of these characters are bought just trying to figure out what servers they came from.

Grendell's from Asura. He's a good guy, an amazing pld (galka right). Word on the grapevine is he quit ffxi and gave his character away friend.

From what I've heard Abelisk = Stouter and is indeed a bought account. Dunno about the other though.

I was already convinced that Stouter had bought Abelisk but I was trying to verify where Grendell came from because I'm pretty sure Stouter bought it too.

Stouter didn't buy the account, at least so he says. He told us that his roomate (Abelisk) got deployed to Iraq, and now he has the character. Whether that's true or not I don't know, but that's what our ls was told.

Well, if that's the case then Stouter's girlfriend Eternicide must have a roommate that played FFXI that got sent to Iraq too because she is currently controlling the bought account Ashlynn.

I normally would believe a tale but Stouter is also on the FFXI-ap list wich he claims he downloaded just for the maps (right...).

I normally don't believe much of anyone in this game, including Stouter. "Abelisk" and a couple of friends of his applied to our ls, and he left out some things about the Abelisk account he apparently didnt think were important. You know, like who you are, that this wasn't originally your account, you've really been playing on our server the entire time, have applied and were denied under your other name, you were on teh app list etc. Things most people would probably like to include.
