In Area's Under Own Nation's Control [Republic Circlet]

I know this works in Sea/Limbus/Dynamis but does anyone know if it works in Promyvions, like Vahzl? Didn't know where to put this exactly, but seemed a bit of a noob question, thanks for the help in advanced.

Items marked "In areas under own nation's control" such as the Republic Circlet do not work in Sea/Limbus/Dynamis/Promyvion. I just verified this myself by taking an IM Armet +1 to Sea and Promyvion Vahzl and the latent did not activate. By contrast, items marked "In areas outside own nation's control" will work in Sea/Limbus/Dynamis/Promyvion providing that you have Sanction/Signet up (not sure if Sigil will work as well). I use a Republican Gold Medal for my WHM in Sea/Limbus/Dynamis regularly and tested an Intruder Earring in Promyvion Vahlz (latent activated).

You have validated this specific one too?

I've heard it works on signet-valid area, but not on sanction-valid area.

Doesn't work in ToAU (not sure about WotG areas), but having Sanction effect in Original areas does in fact work which is what I think he was saying.

Sea/Dynamis/Limbus are basically Beastmen controlled areas when it comes to those items. So anything "Outside Nation's Control" will work in them.

Also note, they work in towns as well. Even if it is your home Nation. :rocl:
