Fore frame rate to drop / lag

Trying to catch Lik and older PC systems seem to have it easier. Anyone know of any software to force drop rates in FPS or just lag in general.

You could try fraps and record a low fps movie, I think it would force your game to go low fps. For connection lag you could try something like Netlimiter, sorry I don't know a free program for it. If that doesn't work just run a virus scan in the background while you play. lol

i really have no idea wtf you're talking about
but just running a whole bunch of shit on your pc will cause fps to drop
try running another game at the same time, or a virus scan, or compress a video, if you have a decent router you can qos yourself down to 56k or less speeds and cause some laggy lag too
