Ninjutsu accuracy

Anything affect ninjutsu (especially debuff) accuracy besides magic accuracy equipment? I know int affects elemental ninjutsu damage (and accuracy?) so I'd figure it would debuff as well but I don't really know. Any insight appreciated, thanks, because nin's lacking in magic accuracy gear (gogo balrahn's ring)((and /sigh @ staff TP loss although it's sometimes worth it, say on Puks without a haster).

Just Ninjustsu skill and Magic Accuracy as far as I know. You shouldn't have any trouble landing things on puks if you're lv75 with some decent ninjutsu gear, though.

Nuking Puks with the Ninjutsu Element of the day is an awesome way to get out of pickup PTs
