[Phoenix] Horizon - Dynamis Linkshell

Horizon the sister Dynamis Linkshell of Beyond, is looking for skilled players with at least one level 75 job and decent experience to fill our rosters. This is an announcement to foster recruitment. See the Dynamis section for the application template and details:

We run on Saturday (4:00 PM EST) and Tuesdays (7:00 PM EST, and are farming cities for AF and currency. Once we've filled out our rosters we can consider scheduling icelands runs. Our runs are very EU/GMT friendly as well, if you're having difficulty finding a linkshell that fits your schedule. The runs are sponsored, so entry fees are not required, and items such as Wootz Ore are free-drop so that you can make money while attending.

Artifact Armor Distribution:

Horizon will be run as a run-for-credit system. The credits are explained in the Attendance thread on the forums.

Who can lot AF? AF will be distributed via a tier-based system. Comments will not need to be set, as I will be keeping records on the forums of who may lot what on each run. Distribution is as follows:

Declaring a Main Job
When you apply, please specify a main job you wish to lot. This will include AF from cities, and the accessory from Dreamland Zones. You MUST be able to equip the AF in order to declare it as a main job, as well as lot it.

Declaring an Upgrade Job (When applicable)
Once we begin running Dreamland Zones, any -1 AF will be distributed based on a member's declared Upgrade Job.

AF Tiered Distribution

Cities

Note: Dreamlands accessories will also follow the same rules

1) Main Job members who can equip
2) Non-Main Job members who can equip
3) Level 70+
4) Level 50+
5) Free Lot

Northlands (When Applicable)

1) Main Job members who can equip, and have attended at least 4 out of the last 10 runs
2) Main Job members who can equip, and have NOT attended at least 4 out of the last 10 runs
3) Non-Main Job members who can equip, and have attended at least 4 out of the last 10 runs
4) Level 70+ (This tier includes members who CAN equip the AF but have NOT attended at least 4 out of the last 10 runs)
5) Level 50+
6) Free Lot

Dreamlands (When Applicable)

(Note that this is for -1 AF only, regular AF will follow the rules based on where the AF would normally drop)

1) Upgrade Job members who can equip the AF and have the NQ piece
2) Upgrade Job members who can equip the AF but do NOT have the NQ piece
3) Upgrade Job members who do not satisfy either 1 or 2
4) Level 70+
5) Level 50+
6) Free Lot

Horizon does not allow the re-lotting of AF in order to store the set. Please think carefully before you lot an item.

Lateness

Members who are late to a run are not allowed to lot AF until it reaches the second tier. This policy is to encourage members to be on time.

Changing your Main Job preference

Members are allowed, at any time, to change their Main Job preference, however penalties will be assessed based on how many pieces of AF you have received with Horizon. The penalties will be determined at a later date, and posted in this topic.

Changing your Upgrade Job preference

Members may change their Upgrade Job preferences, however this may not be done until a member has completed upgrading their previous set. This is to prevent the abuse of members upgrading only highly desired pieces of AF and then jumping to another job to do the same, so please think carefully about which job you select as your Upgrade Job. A static penalty of 4 runs will be assessed for every Upgrade Job change. What this means, is that after 4 Dreamland zones have been attended, the penalty for lotting -1 AF will be removed.

Upgrading -1 AF

Given that our runs are being sponsored with the intent to help members fund relic weapons, Horizon will not be currently offering currency for the purpose of upgrading -1 AF. Therefore it is the responsibility of the member themselves to obtain the needed currency for the upgrade. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Hay, I want a Shadow Ring, where's the Tiers for that?

At this time, there is no lotting system in place for Shadow/Hydra items. We do not have enough members to consider running these zones yet, and once we do, lotting tiers for those items will be posted in this forum.

Attendance:

Attendance for lotting rights will be determined by the following:

-Being on time
-Staying for the full duration of the run
-Paying full attention (not being there mentally is just like not being there physically)

Attendance will be calculated as:

1 credit for being on time and staying for the full duration of the run
0.5 credits for arriving 30+ minutes late
0.5 credits for leaving 30+ minutes early
0 credits for being caught frequently afking or idling, or having to be D2ed

If you're going to be more than 2 hours late, or leaving after only being around for an hour, please don't bother to show up. We need members who are dedicated to our cause and are willing to put their best foot forward. Also, arriving late causes issues with repops after killing triggers.


Signing up for a run
A thread will be posted earlier in the week to let members know which zone we plan to do, as well as certain objectives we may have. Members are encouraged to sign up ahead of time on these threads so that I can create alliances ahead of time, which will cut down on delaying entry time.
