Salvage set census on your server

So the single completed piece thread bumped over 80 pages, and I'm wondering how things are shaking out server-wide since we're a bit over the anniversary launch of everyone's favorite instanced event (albeit a good chunk of that time was "pre-nerf".)

I'm also curious if certain servers have a bigger NA salvage presence vs. our Japanese counterparts. Obviously this is a -very- unscientific (and pointless) survey, but any info would be interesting. Shiva specifically has only a few consistent NA groups, with a smattering of smaller teams that I'm aware of.

I'd say 3 "hardcore" groups (5+ times a week) and 5~7 more casual teams.

Here's what I can verify exists on Shiva, bear in mind there's quit a few 4/5's popping lately, but FULL sets are sparse:

5JP at least 1 French 1 SA (saoudia arabia) 0 NA as far as I know on Quetzalcoatl.

Lagsave is one of the more prolific salvage LS on fenrir, although I see a ton of people doing salvage here.

We have around 25 members and hold 1-3 runs every night depending on who shows up.

Currently we have a total of 76 completed pieces and we have a few 4/5 sets but no 5/5 yet.

I've personally seen 2x marduk sets, 2x ares sets, and a morrigan set on jps around fenrir--there are probably a lot more running around that I haven't seen. I'm guessing your best chances are with a small man group.

Way too many random JP lses doing Salvage on Bahamut to know for sure. Theres probably 5 NAs on Bahamut with full sets, maybe more since theres alot of NAs doing it too.

At least 6 full sets of Usukane on Levi.

At least 3 Ares.

At least 1 Marduk.

At least 3 Morri.

I haven't seen any Skadi yet, but there might be one.

Ifrit has my complete morri set(NA) and a japanese person also has a morri set. My shell is getting close to marduk/skadi/usu complete sets as well though!

I think there is 1 japanese complete usu set as well. There are a couple japanese primetime shells that have 4/5s last i heard but idk if they 5/5 yet. Arthars may be 5/5 usu now but I don't think so (mixed, but more japanese on times)

but interms of frequency, JP goes more often than NA in Ifrit....

mainly because JP /shout salvage runs anytime of the day while NA dont even /shout at all >.>

lol sorry arthars . I was hoping you finally got that drop. I don't believe that turtle drops either, but what i really don't believe drops is usu 25 feet (our usu 0/40+ maybe 50+ but haven't kept count and we had a double marduk legs tonight lol). Good luck arthars you deserve that body ^^

cerberus is lazy on salvage, the only NA i know with full is Elien with Marduks.

I don't know of anyone on Lakshmi, JP or NA, with a full completed set. We have about a half dozen NA LSs that are capable of killing MBs and farming the majority of NMs, with individual completed piece counts ranging from single digits to 30-40. I really have no idea on JP LSs, I know there's a few very successful ones based on random checks in Whitegate, but I think they still do a lot of /shout-organized runs. If any of them has a full set, they ain't wearing it around town.

Satoko or something on Alexander has full Usukane, she's JP.

I'm not sure if any NA players have a full set... I'm "somewhat" close. I have Usukane Hands, Feet and Legs - and I'm 2/3 on Somen (lacking the 25 - it hasn't dropped in several boss attempts) and 1/3 on the Haramaki (lacking the 15 and 35).

Avery, another NA MNK is also 3/5 - he has Head, Legs and Feet I believe.

Some JP has full morrigans + excalibur... i forgot the name but he was just sitting in the middle of whitegate.

Sylph has 1 full Skadi (Ayumith), 1 full Ares (Chieh), 1 full Usukane (myself) and 1 full Marduk (Kyoya). To my knowledge, the only person furthest along with Morrigan is Kryton at 3/5.

On an related note, Arrapago bodies are extraordinarily popular. I've seen more robes and cuirasses than anything else, with Usukane Hizayoroi and Sune-ate close behind.

A Lot more of Jp probably; Salvage is extremely popular among JPs in quetzalcoatl, each day there is about 5 shouts at JP primes, I've done a few and they are very successful, something you wouldn't imagine NA doing lol. I got 2 35s from them and a few 25. And its not uncommon to find members that are 13/15 or 14/15, so I think there is a lots of JP with full sets.

theres some dude who came here on another server to kujata with full ares other then that and any mystery JP theres no full set here. at least to my knowledge
