Aftermath effects

The issue came up about stacking Relic aftermath effects and Mythic aftermath effects.

My question was if you have Relic GKT + Relic Bow, can you have both aftereffects on at once? Looking at the dat files, there appears to only be one icon, so I guess not. (Can anyone test for sure?)

What struck me as strange is that there are 3 seperate icons for Mythic Aftereffect. And that confuses me. (Before anyone mentions it, they are seperate from being inflicted /w the status of a mythic WS.) Anyone have an idea why?

Hmm. i don't remember relic weapons have aftermath effects. Only addtional effect?
Addtional effect is generally a 'debuff' on Mobs while aftermath effect is a buff on PC

Relics have aftermath style effects; Gungnir gives Shock Spikes, I give my buddy Doumoon hell for it all the time

the relic weaponskills always used to give a buff but it didn't have a status icon or a name until now, its called aftermath; which kirschy is referring to. (knights of round regen, catastrophe haste, etc)

I'm not sure if it says this where the icons are, but the names of them in the status effects dats (String Tables section of POLUtils) are:

Aftermath: Lv.1
Aftermath: Lv.2
Aftermath: Lv.3
Aftermath

and the respective descriptions are

You are benefiting from the Aftermath effect of your equipped Mythic Weapon.
You are benefiting from the Aftermath effect of your equipped Mythic Weapon.
You are benefiting from the Aftermath effect of your equipped Mythic Weapon.
You are benefiting from the Aftermath effect of your equipped Relic Weapon.

So perhaps every time you use the WS with the weapon it improves the potency of the effect up to the 3 levels similar to storing Finishing Moves (more frequent double attacks etc)?

That makes more sense, being that relic ws aftermath is always the same potency... just different durations.
