STF fails bad

So i been tring to mine in mount zhalyom, but this 3 rmt are just here standing each in 1 spot 24/7 and clearly boting minning spots.
I been reporting this for 3 months but it seems ppl @ STF are not that bright or don´t care(one GM even said to me techinal its legal for those rmt).
Is it like this on other servers also?

What the GM meant was that they aren't violating the ToS by standing there and mining(and you need proof they're botting). If you're calling GMs they aren't even part of the STF. You need to submit a form through PoL or the PoL website. If you've done that then you just need to wait.

I've had very good results when submitting the names of RMT to the STF. They don't act instantly but it gets done.

on sylph there are about 5 bots that mine zhayolm nonstop, its pretty stupid, but most people have given up trying to get them banned

as baelorn said, the best way to get rid of these guys is to fill out the form to STF through PoL and give a huge description as you would to a gm.

Its a slow process but it gets the jorb done

I was fishing on the ferry last night and I got a tell from a GM out of nowhere and he said he was looking for absentee fishers in the area and wanted me to wave to him to prove I was playing my character.

Maybe next time ask a gm if they can do this for those miners?

i reported some RMT that farm in Misareaux Coast through POL after which they disappeared only to return a month or so later

I have reported about 20 fish bots from time to time in Korrokolo tunnel (sp). Usually they stay for about 3-4 weeks until they vanish. I'd wish they would get snatched up sooner, especially since most of them have lu shangs.

jammer leeches and warp takes care of them right quick. couple of decoy shouts begging for "help" before you get out and even if the CGF speak great english they'll get very little from a GM.
