Graphics issues while in game textures and colors
I'm not really even sure how to describe this short of posting a few pics.
I was playing around with my card settings to try to improve some of the jagged lines in the game and i got it looking rather nice but it lagged too much. So i reverted some changes and scaled others down and it started weirding out my in game graphics. I can mess with some graphics settings and occasionally it will work normally but i can not consistently keep it working correctly. Other times it is just the text that has display issues. It shows vertical lines through some parts of the end of text lines. I will post a pic of this if i can get it to do it again. This happens regardless of use of windower or standard pol.
Here is what it does most times.
It looks as if the textures are not loading and colors are missing. I really don't know enough about this to even try to figure out why it is doing it.
As you can see from the equipment ss icons and other graphics that use a picture load just fine so i assume this is an issue with 3D parts of the game.
I'm not sure how much information is needed to trouble shoot this issue. I will provide some of the basic info about the pc. Thanks in advance if you have any idea what this is.

Have you tried resetting your Radeon's configuration to default?
If that doesn't work, I'd try reinstalling your drivers (making sure to uninstall them and all related configs first).

Yeah i'd tried that, and it worked at first but would slowly deteriorate back. I finally just bought a new card and i haven't had the issue since so i'm betting it was the card it's self. So issue solved, thanks for the reply.
