RDM question...

What would be better, a Wise Cap or an Elite Beret for 75 RDM
solo on hnm, nm, ect. I just cant quiet choose between both, the
magic accuracy might help in the long run when it comes to sticking
enfeebling spells that would build a resistance, but would the enfeebling
magic on the Beret make it not only stick, but last longer.

The +5 m.acc on the Wise Cap (as horrid as that JSE set is) provides slightly more accuracy than +4 skill. In terms of duration and landing an enfeeble, it is one and the same check against skill+accuracy+relevant stat (dMND, dINT) and not two different checks.

Go with the Wise Cap, or for Slow/Para use a Yigit Turban (MND+4) or Goliard Chapeau (MND+5) until you get the relic hat.
