I think it'll be a beastman stronghold in a future update with Gigas, since gigas hold helms. Or new job omg!

There IS this unlockable gate in northeast Vunkerl that apparently leads to this lighthouse. Be nice if they started adding areas outside of the main expansions, but the last time I remember them adding an areas was when they had to re-add the zones that a Chocobo Circuit hut is in. I don't think they've added a brand new one via update.
