Changd Nations: No supply quest offers?

I was previously Rank 10 Sandy with all Out Post quests done, then switched to Windy to get Rank 10 and all Out Posts. This morning I decided to change back to Sandoria (cannot stand the layout of Windurst) and when I did I noticed two things:

The signet guards were not offering any Supply Quests, the option wasn't even there. Also the OP/Tele service was not available to me. So I'm assuming my switch to Windurst was prior to the update which saved all original OPs. Well, that sucks, but I don't mind redoing them, problem is the signet guards will not offer any.

Sandoria is in second place on the server with a couple zones under their control, shouldn't they be offering these as optional quests to go do or is this something relating to the nation change that occurred a half an hour before?

Do you have any pending supplies quest? Check your key items.

I am also curious about this and can't seem to get a straight answer (slight derail sorry): I was Sandy rank 10 with all the OPs long before the updated OP warp deal. I am now windy rank10 same thing. I want to move back to Sandy to reap the benefits of that there Legion Scutum + club combo for the +12hmp. Are all my old OPs from Sandy deleted or what?

Did you swap to Windy before or after the update? If before, then you're boned.

I had all OP's prior to the update in Sandoria while I was already a Windurstian. When I switched back, I no longer had access to the OP's in Sandoria.

Btw, it was the temporary supply key item indeed. Once the conquest update occurred earlier today my supplies were taken and I was given the options to begin my OP's with Sandy. Thanks for the suggestion.

Ya, while I'm tempted to say hell with it and go back to Windurst, looking at the big picture it's not a very extensive process to reobtaining the OPs. While I've stepped out of the endgame scene, you find much more time to do the little things in the game with out much worry or concern.

Which brings me to a conclusion many of reached, Square-Enix and their "duration of time" stamps on just about everything in this game is a bit ridiculous. Here's to hoping that their next MMO fixes the mistakes and time sinks FFXI suffers from.
