He was in Sleipnir for a short time on ifrit. But i remember him from a loooooooooooooooong time ago. Used to run a casino. Cool guy but a lot of people hate s him for selling some of the gil he made on the side(with 8 100 crafts most of his mules were almost maxed, or thats what the rumor was.)there was a thread on alla of him admitting it. Butnonetheless he doesn't do it anymore. he WAS hacked, came back to game joined sleipnir, was good at most of his job. appearently got hacked again and moved to another server. but from the looks of it he got his account back. I say give him a shot.

was in LS with him waaaaay back, I remmeber at one point the account was played by 2 roomates, one that preferred the RNG, the other (I think preferred the WHM and/or BRD)

only one ran the casino, the other preferred the crafting, and yeah I don't recall him denying unloading a ton of gil at one point but I was out of that LS by the time he apparently got hacked

sorry for hazy details, I recall some people preferring one dude over the other but I never once had a problem with him at any time so the fact that 2 people played never made a difference to me. He was nice enough to try for triumph earring while he was LFP on RNG 1/51

edit: should note that the LS I'm referring to was not Sleipnir, and was called TTK, both of us in it around 3 years ago but for a considerable amount of time

Concurring all that has been said. If it is the original Twig(s), that'd be surprising.

He did in fact sell gil, so he might have sold the account. One twig was pretty cool, the other was kinda a dick.

Same as most people above. Original Twig was played by 2 different people. During casino craze, he capitalized on that and funded his Goldsmithing to 100. He then proceeded to get almost every other craft to 100 on his various mules. I personally didn't have many encounters with him. Did like 1 or 2 Einherjars with him before he stopped showing up (maybe hacked at this time).

I've been in LS's with Twig for a long time. The guy(s) who play him are both pretty cool once you get to know them but one is a major crafter and one is more of the player. When the crafter person was playing he would try and help us out but he wasn't nearly as good as the player; but he did try and make a good whm.

The player Twig was very good at WHM RNG and BRD (as these were the only jobs I really got to see him on). He liked to come RNG over WHM or BRD when possible but didnt give us any problems having him come as what was needed.

He was working on a relic (bow or gun I forget) when he was jacked and moved to Ragnarok, so I dont know if he will continue that idea or not.

I'd give him a shot, I don't think you will be disappointed.

I always like twig, he was one of those people if you knew him he was cool, those who didn't like him to me just didn't understand him. He was rich as hell back in the day like one of those near the max gil capp ppl, and at one point he had so much loot he would just give away expensive stuff.

Like strider boots in the bazzar for a penny, back when they were like 30 mil, so people flocked to him for the wrong reasons and thats the ones who didn't understand him. But when you actually talked to him, and partied with him, he was a ok dude imo, i used to run with him on my brd he would just invite me to his party he was leveling rng or thf at the time iirc.

But i liked him, give him a run i'd say.

I did forget it was two twigs, i think i knew the second one, one of them was a dick and only did money related things like casino and the other was cool and actually played the game, i liked the gamer twig, the money one was a dick lol

Paid me 300k to pick some of the locked gates in the aqueducts or wherever waaaay back when. More recently though, I did a few nyzul runs with him before he was hacked and he did well on his rng. Like everyone has said, 2 people played the account, I never had a problem with either of them. I don't know if 2 still play him, or if it's just the 1 person now.

I have known twig since i started this game, as many say he is very rich from the past. Alot of people who didn't like him was for the reason he simply had more gil then them. He knows his shit on his jobs and they will never fail to have the hq if there is one. Was very nice to me over the years well worth the trial regardless.

Think people disliked him for the "dishonest" way he made gil and his crafting policy back then. He was one of the very few (in not the only at the time) NA 100 Goldsmithers. And his poliicy was that if he HQ'd anything for you, he'd keep it then synth/buy you the NQ. Ofcourse as the crafter, he can set his own terms and there is nothing wrong with that, but those terms just rubbed people the wrong way.

I also think that Twig was a dick at times because he'd get tired of people begging him for gil. It was a well known rumor that Twig had a mule or two with "max gil" not to be confused with "max bazaar" setting. So with those riches came people begging for handouts. So I think he had to be an asshole to a certain extent to get people to leave him the fuck alone.
