Compromise or Corruption?

I was playing around in Altana Viewer this morning. When I started Playonline right after, it started up like a new installation of FFXI. It acted like I hadn't installed any users on it, and wanted me to re-add my accounts.

I have already changed my account info on another computer, and in the process of scanning for viruses on the forgetful computer.

My question is, did I corrupt something, is this caused by windower crashing on exit perhaps or should I be concerned of?

This has happened to me a few times when I was lagging, I just closed POL and tried again, which fixed it. If you go through with the 'installation', it will probably delete your old stored info though.

Really doubt it's anything RMTish, it's just a random glitch.

Happened to me a few weeks back. I just re-added the info in and all my macros, map markers, etc were still there. I just assumed it was a glitch with my computer crashing the last time I'd played.
