i have an old kensington lock lying around (probably about 10 years old) and i can unsurprisingly only find one key. on their website it says a replacement key is complementary, but to me that just reads "we charge a shitload for shipping". does anyone know the actual cost of a spare key?

takes 10 seconds to ask here and see if anyone knows, and based on prior customer care, days to get anything more than a form letter. moreover, if they're so secretive about their shipping costs that it's not on their website, what are the odds i'd get a straight answer?
