FFXI-2002 Error

I playing Campaign just now, but then I immiediately disconnected and got this error, FFXI-2002.

I have no idea what the heck is going on! I remember a while ago I had this problem with Campaign usually. Can anyone help me our?

Call playonline technical support (I know... I know) and inform them of the error that you're getting. They will be able to troubleshoot and inform you what the error is. When you get disconnected, along with the error code, it should say what caused the problem. Timeout maybe?
