I need some help for my little brother. he having a problem with steam to put it in his words, "k, well, when i was initially on steam, it wouldnt let me connect to the steam network with my screen name at all no matter what time of the day. so i thought i mine as well reinstall steam, so i deleted the steam folder from my computer w/o uninstalling anything, i went to steampowered to get back steam and re-downloadedl my games and when i downloaded steam it went to update and after it not updating the error message i sent you earlier, (steam.exe (main exception): unable to load library steam.dll), showed up and then i uninstalled then reinstalled again. i downloaded the file it said was missing and then it said it was missing another file "steamUI.dll" after downloading that it said it was still missing"

If anyone has had this problem or thinks that they know what to and would like to help out it would be much appreciated.
