Looking to buy a laptop cooling pad

Any suggestions on which I should look into? Are there any with both USB and an AC adapter? (because in some situations, I'd have to buy a thing for more USB slots if I could only power it via usb device). Any brands in which to avoid? which distributes the cooling most evenly, ect.

You can't go wrong with anything ASUS puts out.

I would also recommend avoiding a USB-powered device if at all possible.

My Belkin cooling pad stopped working completely after 9 months. Yeah, usb powered, but lasted longer than the ones I bought before it <_<
