MMORPG Lucent Heart’s operator Gamania has announced its intent to pursue unprecedentedly harsh measures against those who wilfully abused a recent item replication bug on its servers.

As well as terminating their accounts and those of their entire clan, Gamania vows to pursue criminal charges of fraud against the dupers, with guilty offenders possibly facing ten year prison sentences.

Never even heard of the mmo & doesn't sound like I'm missing anything. I don't get why a company would even attempt to prosecute ppl for hacking/exploiting in a mmo (well w/in obvious limits). But exploitation is ban worthy, this is just a joke

Depend what they did. I have no issue if they target whoever made the program that can hack the server or whatever. Blizzard did it before, SquareEnix did it. If it's just a glitch abuse like the one in salvage, than it's ridiculous.
