Persistence LS is looking for a few people with really good play time. We're mostly in need of BRD and BLM, but we're looking at any applicants that meet the requirements.

Just a little bit of information about the linkshell for people that might be interested. Today is the one month anniversary for the linkshell. Half of that time was probably spent getting more members over to the server so we had enough members to really get started on things. Overall, I think we've done great for our first month, and we're advancing very, very quickly. Here's a list of HNMs we've killed in our first month:

I think we've done well for our first month, which wasn't a complete month of activity due to getting most of our members from server transfer and having to wait. Yes, most of the members in the linkshell are immigrants and not native to Migard. I think that everyone in the linkshell is satisfied with the direction that the linkshell is headed, and we can only get better from here.

We do everything basically, including kings, cerb, khim, tiamat, sky, sea, dynamis, einherjar, limbus, ixion, sandworm, etcetc. A few people have asked about this, no we don't do ZNMs as an LS, with the exception of tier 4s. If a member has a tier4 pop set then we'll go out and help them kill it. That's not to say that there won't be people doing ZNMs when there's nothing going on though, it just won't be an LS event. Here's the weekly scheduled events:
Dynamis - Sunday & Wednesday at 7 PM EST
Einherjar - Monday & Thursday at 6 PM EST
Limbus - Immediately after Einherjar

Other things like sea and sky are not scheduled on certain days of the week, but rather scheduled the day before or same-day on days that we don't have HNMs or any other events in our time.

Lotting is decided by the leaders based on attendance and what they've received in the past, etcetc. There's no points system, if you show up you'll get rewarded accordingly. There's tiers for limbus lotting(or will be, hasn't been posted on website yet) preventing people from only showing to Omega/Ultima runs and lotting gear. Lotting rules for dynamis are also being implemented to make things fair.

If you are applying from another server, there will be a background check posted on BG before you are accepted into the linkshell. Another note, is that most of the linkshell uses ventrilo, so you're strongly encouraged to have access to that if you're applying but it is definitely not necessary as there's quite a few people who don't use it.
