    Vent- Can't talk with Mic.

    I recently purchased a mic to use on vent. I can hear the people in it, but can't talk with it. When trying to use direct sound I get this.

    Unable to activate DirectSound for selected device.
    DirectSoundCaptureCreate failed. HR=DSERR_NODRIVER. No sound driver is available for use
    Any info on where I can download a new driver to use would be much appreciated.

    depends on the manufacturer of the sound card
