Help me find this game!

So, been playing a lot of Farm Town on facebook lately.. I'm not really much into farming, but I just like these types of games. Basically, you have a set amount of cash and land, and you can plant various types of crops and such, which all have their own set time to maturity- when they are ready, you harvest them, sell them, re-plow the land, and start over basically.

This reminded me of an old PC game I used to play that was pretty similar, and I'm looking to find this game, or at least similar styles of games. If I remember correctly, the game I played was like in a factory, and you could create different machines on the given floor layout that would produce various things over various time cycles, so on and so forth.. no clue what its called, very vague recollection, but I really want to play more things like this.

Anyone able to spew out some suggestions?
