    Mouse Calibration?

    So ever since I got this new Dell over a year ago, I've been a little peeved at my mouse. It just doesn't seem calibrated correctly to the screen. I used this same mouse on my old computer and never had any problems so I think it's the PC's fault.

    To clarify, the pointer on the mouse isn't where the pointer indicates on the monitor. It's EXTREMELY annoying for resizing windows, as I will often struggle to find the corner to resize pictures or windows. It's not off by a lot and sometimes it isn't off at all, but it happens often enough to piss me off.

    So I guess what I'm asking is, is there a way to recalibrate the mouse pointer?

    Control Panel -> Mouse?

    Should be speed/acceleration options under there, to which I typically keep speed at 6 tics from the left, and acceleration set to nothing. (hate mouse acceleration and whoever designed it)

    [EDIT] Should have re-read the OP first, it sounds more like a driver/mouse-pointer icon issue.
