    Need someone that can read JP, Security Token going back on sale

    I finally got an email about the security token from the form I filled out after getting the out of stock error in April when trying to order a token on my Japanese account. I'm not that good with kanji yet, so I could use some help making sure I know what the details of this are so I can order my token.

    As best as I can tell, it looks like they are going to make the token available for order to people that requested an email like me, before they put them back in stock for general users again, and there will be a period of just over two days near the end of the month in which to make that order before general sales start again. They gave an alphanumeric code, and it looks like I have to give the email address the code was sent to. However, there are a few footnotes at the bottom of the message that I'm not quite getting.

    It looks like the steps are to log into PlayOnline Viewer and click the Security Token banner during that time and try to use my code to make the purchase. Is there any special benefit to doing this before it goes on general sale? Is there anything I need to be aware of?

    Hmm perhaps it is different for Japanese accounts but POL NA announced that the token is going on sale again here but there was no pre order thing. They just said June 28th and first come first serve. Was there a POL announcement for your area?

    I was trying to use Rikaichan to fill in what I couldn't get. I'm working on trying to sort it out right now after having 6 11 hour shifts this week.

    Japanese accounts got an error, and then a screen that asked for an email address, and are going on some sort of presale on the 26th. I have to order from the JP POL client because my account is Japanese, even though I'm not in Japan. The NA client won't accept my POL login to get to the order page because it involves billing or account management.

    Ah I see. I had no idea it was like that. Appreciate the explanation I just wish I could be more help too. 6 11 hour shifts? Oh get some sleep and then tackle it, things will appear more possible.

    EDIT: There is something wrong with the forums where it won't display the whole thing when it has Japanese, so I removed the Japanese lines from my translation and just left only the English lines. It is a direct translation line for line so it should make sense even if you can't see the Japanese.

    Priority Sales Period: 6/26 (Friday) 5PM through 6/28 (Sunday) 11:59PM.
    Once this period has ended, your Priority Sales code will have no effect
    and you will not be able to apply for Priority sales. For those who can't use
    the Priority Sales, please buy your token once normal General Sales are re-opened.

    Thanks a bunch. Man, that was like 3 months of out of stock errors frustrating me.

    I wonder why they had such a different timetable for Japan, and why the ordering process is being different like this.
